- Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders in 2 to 10 business days unless noted on the website, that the item is a pre-order. There are times when items go out of stock, in which case it may take longer to ship orders. You will be notified if the item is on a back order. If regular shipping method is requested by the customer the item usually gets delivered by the shipping carrier in 5 business days. If express shipping method is requested by the customer the item is usually delivered by the shipping carrier in 2-3 business days. There are times when we request signature at delivery, in such cases the shipping carrier may not deliver at the shipping address if there isn't a person to sign off.At this time, Atraditions.CA LLC (American Traditions) ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Atraditions.CA LLC ships merchandise to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
- Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are allowed only once if done within 10 days of receiving the merchandize with the following conditions.
1. You need to contact us via Contact US tab of this website, before shipping back merchandize for exchange, this is to check if item/size is in stock.
- We will reply back with return address in response to your request.
- If the item is lost when you ship it to us, you are responsible for it. We advise you to track the package.
2. Items returned must be in a unused mint condition.
3. For item prices below 100$'s, exchange will cost $10 + shipping & Handling.
4. For item prices above 100$'s, exchange will cost 10% of item cost + shipping & Handling.
5. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock or unavailable and you still want to return the item, a restocking fee will apply. Restocking fee is 25% of the Item Cost + Original Shipping and Handling Charge.
6. If you want to return the merchandize (Cancel a shipped order) there is a restocking fee which is 25% of the Item Cost + Original Shipping and Handling Charge.
7. You will have to bear the cost of returning the merchandize.
8. If you are exchanging, you can only exchange once. Example: You order a Ford Jacket, then you exchange if for a Chevy Jacket. You cannot then again request to Exchange the Chevy Jacket for another Jacket. Here Jacket is an example, what we mean is, only 1 exchange is allowed.You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options).
